Dinner features a typical Sardinian menu based on local products, available according to seasonality:

• appetisers of cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables from the garden
• a first course of pasta, depending on availability
• a second course of meat, depending on availability
• typical Sardinian desserts
• water, one litre of wine for every 4 people, coffee and liqueur

The following menu is available for vegetarians:
