• If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, please note that the time shown on the website or on your ticket is the departure time of the cruise and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time.

• If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, to confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and your pick-up time, please send an e-mail to internal-tours@robertarrigo.com at least a few days before the date of your activity. Make sure to include your booking reference number in the e-mail.

• Guests lodging within walking distance from Sliema Ferries (from where the boat departs) must always make their own way to the boat and should arrive at the departure point 20–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• If you are making your own way to the boat, the departure is from Sliema Ferries, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema (in the area opposite the Basilica of Jesus of Nazareth). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a Turkish gulet (a traditional-design wooden sailing vessel); the name of the boat is the 'Hera'.

• The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

• Non-foldable wheelchairs cannot be transported in vehicles or on the boat.

• Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.

• Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness.

• A cash bar serving some snacks and other beverages is available on the boat. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted at the bar.

• The duration of this activity is approximately 5 ½ hours; we arrive back at Sliema Ferries at approximately 3:00 PM.

• The provider reserves the right to change the order of visits or alter the itinerary due to weather, sea conditions, or unforeseen operational requirements.

• If the trip is cancelled because of poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will have the option to reschedule to another date; if rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
