    • The time shown on the website or on your ticket is the approximate start time of the activity and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). Kindly be at the designated meeting point on time and allow a few minutes for transport to arrive. At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time.
    • To confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and your pick-up time, please send an e-mail to info@excursionsinmalta.com at least a few days before the date of your activity. Make sure to include your booking reference number in the e-mail.
    • No dress code is required unless entering churches; comfortable seasonal clothing is recommended. To enter churches, shoulders and up to the knees must be covered. In summer there may be some swim stops, so bathing wear is recommended.
    • Customers on a Quad Tour must wear proper footwea r (trainers / hard soled shoes). A small backpack or bag is advised for carrying essentials.
    • Drivers must be aged 21 or over and present a valid driving license and credit card. Temporary, provisional licences, photos or copies of the driving licence will not be accepted. Drivers must show a valid, current, full drivers license +1 other Govt issued Photo ID to confirm identify, before going out on tour.
    • Children under 4 years are not permitted to ride as Quad passengers. Passengers must be 5 years and over.
    • The tour is not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments.
    • Anyone suffering from any type of body ailments, such as backaches, recent injuries, etc should not take this tour.
    • Guests must sign a disclaimer that they have no hidden physical injuries or are in a recovery period.
    • Pregnant women should not join this tour.
    • Persons suffering from epilepsy or similar issues must not join this tour.
    • In the summer months, there may be some swim stops, so bathing wear is recommended.
    • There may be some walking to see hidden sites such as caves.
    • This tour includes a light lunch. Kindly contact us with any intolerance or dietary requirements.
    • The tour is not wheelchair accessible. Guests with mobility challenges or using a wheelchair, kindly contact us for more information and guidance for the selected tour.
    • Safety is our priority and in case of bad weather we will upgrade guests to a chauffeured Tuk Tuk tour.
    • Drivers must follow instructions given by the tour leader at all times.
    • Racing and overtaking is strictly prohibited. If customers flout road safety rules, and if an accident occurs, the responsible driver is fully liable for any resulting costs.
    • The quads are insured fully comprehensive, except for the first €500.00, which is borne by the hirer/driver for the excess fee of the insurance.
    • Our safety guidelines are there to protect you and other Quad customers on tour. To ensure all clients have a safe, thrilling and enjoyable experience. Anyone deliberately disobeying safety protocols, will have their Quad bike confiscated without any refund, and must make their own way back to Malta.
    • Pets, large luggage, and suitcases are not allowed during the tour.
    • Bags and any personal items have to be attended to at all times. The company will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of personal items while on tour. Guests are expected to stay with the guide and follow any instructions while on tour.
    • The tour will operate as scheduled, rain or shine.
    • Always take any vouchers or documents provided during purchase - Both electronic and paper vouchers are accepted.
    • TOUR CANCELLATION: The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour without prior notification. All tours shall operate subject to a minimum participation.
    • Bookings preferably 48 hours in advance.
