Departing from our base in St. Julian’s at 10:30 AM, you will first travel to the south of Malta to the charming fishing village of Marsaxlokk. You will arrive at Marsaxlokk at approximately 11:15 AM, where you will disembark and have roughly 3½ hours of free time to explore this delightful village.

Since antiquity, this gorgeous village has been the biggest fishing harbour in Malta. Currently, most fish available for purchase on the islands is caught by fishermen who originate from this village. The sheltered harbour is lined with brightly coloured traditional fishing boats known as "luzzus" and other larger fishing vessels, creating a colourful display that has been captured in countless photoshoots.

Marsaxlokk is also popular for its many delightful restaurants and nice cafés huddled along its entire promenade and for its charming open-air market, selling a vast assortment of food products and a wide array of durable goods, such as fish, locally produced honey and fruit jams, traditional sweets and other delicacies, local wines and liquors, souvenirs, clothes, shoes, traditional lacework and crafts, custom jewellery, accessories, and much more.

This is the perfect location to spend a Sunday morning or afternoon, enjoy a leisurely stroll in the unique settings of this quaint village where you can mingle with the locals and experience the Maltese way of life, savour a tasty lunch at one of the many restaurants by the waterfront, and take in the beautiful sea views while browsing the market, looking for ‘that’ perfect deal!

At around 3:00 PM, the boat will pick you up from Marsaxlokk for your return journey. Experience an unforgettable boat trip through the southern region of Malta, sailing around the charming Marsaxlokk harbour, the breathtaking "Ħofriet" bays—two of the most beautiful bays in the south connected by a natural passage eroded from the cliffs—and the gorgeous St. Peter's Pool before heading back to St. Julian’s, arriving at our base at approximately 4:30 PM.
