It is difficult to find a clearer and more universal symbol of Italian character than pasta, the inseparable companion of tomato sauce that together have conquered the hearts of all Italy and the world! If you are in Florence and would like to try your hand at preparing fresh pasta, we invite you to visit our renowned training school, active since 1995. Our chef will be happy to welcome you to our modern workshop, providing you with all the necessary tools at your fingertips, along with the key ingredients to prepare fresh pasta. You will discover why we Italians are so fond of the classic pasta al pomodoro!

Once upon a time, Italian mothers got up at dawn on Sunday mornings to prepare fresh egg pasta by hand, an authentic dish that provided the energy needed to start the day. In our class, you will learn how to create a delicious tagliatella, accompanied by a fragrant tomato sauce and seasoned with biodynamic herbs.

And dessert? It is a must on the table! Our chef will show you how to create, with high-quality ingredients, a soft, creamy and flavoured layered tiramisù, a real mouth-watering treat that will surprise your palate when you taste it.
