Please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns about your ability to raft.
        • Physical requirements: Rafting requires a moderate level of fitness, balance, and agility. What to bring

          We suggest the following:

          • Swimwear: Wearing swimwear underneath your clothing is recommended, as you will get wet during the rafting experience.
          • Water shoes or sandals with straps: It is important to wear footwear that can get wet and has a secure fit, as flip-flops or bare feet are not allowed on the raft for safety reasons.
          • Clothing that can get wet and protect from the sun: Wear lightweight, breathable clothing that can get wet and dry quickly, such as shorts, t-shirts, or rash guards. Avoid cotton or denim, as they can absorb water and become heavy. Bring a windbreaker or fleece jacket for cooler weather.
          • Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses: Protect your skin and eyes from the sun's rays by wearing sunscreen with a high SPF, a hat that covers your face, and sunglasses with UV protection.
